Colors are adjectives and they describe nouns.
Spanish has a rule that says, if the noun is plural then the adjective has to be plural too.
If the noun is singular than the adjective needs to be singular.
If the noun is masculine plural, then the adjective needs to be masculine plural.
If the noun is feminine plural, then the adjective needs to be feminine plural.
Here are some examples.

la camioneta - the pick-up truck - It's a feminine singular noun because it ends in "a".

Las camionetas - the pick-up trucks - It's a feminine plural noun, it has an "s" on the end.
